  • How quick are you expected shipping times?

    We pride ourselves on swift shipping. Our customers often receive their products earlier than anticipated. We use standard ground shipping for all orders. Most orders placed before 11 a.m. EST are shipped the same business day. Please note that international and Canadian orders may incur additional shipping charges and customs fees, which are beyond our control. These orders might also experience longer delivery times due to customs processing. Similarly, orders to Alaska and Hawaii may have extra shipping charges and longer delivery times.   • How do you calculate taxes?

    As per legal requirements, we apply taxes to purchases made within the state of Michigan. All purchases made outside of Michigan are exempt from sales tax.
  • How do I make a warranty claim?

    In the event of a part failure, please contact us directly. We'll send you a replacement part first. After you've completed the installation, you can then return the faulty part to us.
